Specifically, if the new hire leaves for any reason during the first 30 days you receive a 100% of your money back – guaranteed. From 31 – 60 days you receive a 50% refund and from 61 days – 90 days a 25% refund. This demonstrates a shared responsibility to hire the right candidate while helping you mitigate your financial risk. For temporary or contract employment we only invoice you monthly after the work has been completed.
